CNC bending

Four Trumpf bending presses with a maximum bending length of 3200 mm and one ZOPF horizontal press are used for bending sheet metal. CNC-assisted control to ensure repeatability and precision.


On the latest OHL 5170 machine, we use the ACB (Angular Calibration System) with touch tools, allowing us to eliminate bending inaccuracies due to suspension and material anisotropy.


We have a range of top and bottom tools with different curvature radii, as well as special swing dies and Z rails
