Process plan
The manufacturing process begins with a customer inquiry and is followed by working out a price quotation.
Once we receive an official order, production preparation begins by working out a technological procedure. According to the provided data – preferably in DXF format – the programmer will prepare cutting programs according to which burnouts are made.
Then, according to the requirement of each customer, other technological operations may follow, such as bending, pressing, welding of fasteners, welding and assembling of parts to assemblies, grinding of weld edges, finishing, packing and shipping to the customer.
We of course do not forget about inspections that follow after each operation, which ensures the minimum scrap.
